This adorable veiled head piece, can also be used as a decorative collar. The straps and large bow are made with Pink Satin. In the center is a Black Chiffon Flower, with a beaded pearl center. The outer veil is White Chiffon with black polka dots. (Adjustable with Hook and Loop Closure)
