Similar to our mini 3-step and mini 4-step, this mini 5-step allows our smaller, tiny best friends such as Yorkies, Chihuahuas, and Toy Poodles to reach those
higher locations while being able to maneuver each step.

Return Policy
All returns require a return authorization number
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or wrong product sent.
All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee
A 20% restocking fee for steps with a customized back, does not apply to the tiny series or the Mini's 6, 7, & 8
Returns without a return auth number will incur a 30% restocking fee
Returns that are obviously in used condition will incur a 50% restocking fee
All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date
