Return Policy
All returns require a return authorization number
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or wrong product sent.
All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee
A 20% restocking fee for steps with a customized back, does not apply to the tiny series or the Mini's 6, 7, & 8
Returns without a return auth number will incur a 30% restocking fee
Returns that are obviously in used condition will incur a 50% restocking fee
All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date
