We stand by all our products and trust you will be pleased with everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any unused item:

• Call our office within 5 business days for a

Please Note...

Customers are soley responsible for supplying to Doggy Duds, the correct measurements, by which we will manufacture their costumes. Costumes made according to the wrong measurements supplied by the customer ,cannot return the costume for a refund. We will however, do whatever is necessary to alter or remake the costume according to the correct measurements.

• Shipping & Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
  
  
• Custom orders  (i.e., personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our shop by way of design, color, etc.and all collars and leashes made to your pets specifications) 
  are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  
  
• The Doggy Duds reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition.

 Because many of our items are custom made, we are unable to cancel your order once it is in process. There is, however, a 24-hour grace period (from the time the order is placed) in which you may cancel your order -- no questions asked.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please call us within 5 business days and we will be happy to correct the problem.
