We stand by all our products and trust you will be pleased with everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any unused item:

We require that all returns/exchanges are returned to us with delivery confirmation, but with your choice of carriers. (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS). We are not responsible for items lost in transit by the carrier. Please retain your receipt should you need to track the product.
All returns/exchanges must be in the original package with tags attached, in unused and in sellable condition. (remove all fur, no smells of any kind, including the smell of smoke). Items received in used condition and not in sellable condition, will be refused and will not be processed. These items will be returned to the customer at their expense. We will bill your credit card for the cost to ship the product/products back to you, if you did not obtain a return authorization number and we received the product back in a non-resellable condition. If we receive a product back in good, resellable condtion, but we were not notified for a return authorization number within 5 business day's of you receiving the product, Doggy Duds reserves the right to either return the product back to you at your expense or charge you a 25% restocking charge.

- Any item returned to us without a return authorization number will either not be accepted and will not be processed or we will charge you a 25% restocking charge, depending on the condtion of the item returned.
The following items are NOT able to be returned or exchanged, due to health/sanitary reasons and to insure that all customers receive an item/product that are in a brand new state and untouched by another animal. All sales of these items are finaL. NO EXCEPTIONS:
- Pet Carriers
- Pet Beds
- Designer Panties
- All Diaper Skirts, Belly Bands, Female Diapers
Customers are solely responsible for supplying to Doggy Duds, the correct measurements, for any custom made item, by which we will manufacture their costume or clothing product. Costumes or clothing items that are made according to the wrong measurements supplied by the customer, cannot return the costume or clothing product for a refund. We will however, try to alter the costume or clothing product, when possible, to make the product according to the customers correct measurements. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost, to return the costume or clothing product to us for alterations and also the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the altered or unaltered product back to the customer.
- Shipping & Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
- Custom orders (i.e., personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our shop by way of design, color, etc.and all collars and leashes made to your pets specifications)
are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- The Doggy Duds reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition.
Because many of our items are custom made, we are unable to cancel your order once it is in process. There is, however, a 24-hour grace period (from the time the order is placed) in which you may cancel your order -- no questions asked.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please call us within 5 business days and we will be happy to correct the problem.
